At Pure Wave, we are dedicated to delivering safe and high-quality products. That’s why we actively work with risk assessments, emission testing, and traceability to ensure strong consumer protection and compliance with current EU regulations.

Traceability & Quality Assurance

All ingredients, flavors, and products are batch-labeled and logged in a central tracking system to provide full transparency and control throughout the entire production chain.

Emission Testing & Regulations

All products are tested by certified laboratories to the highest standards to meet the requirements of the Tobacco Products Directive (TPD). These tests ensure the products are free from harmful substances and maintain consistent quality. Products not covered by TPD, such as shortfills, are also tested according to the same high standards.

CLP Regulation and REACH Regulation Compliance

All products comply with CLP Regulation (1272/2008) and are packaged in accordance with both the CLP and REACH regulations. Labels include clear information on nicotine content, volume, batch number, and best-before date, and are accompanied by safety data sheets.

CE marking

Our e-cigarettes comply with CE marking and follow relevant EU directives, including the EMC Directive, LVD Directive, and RoHS Directive. This ensures free movement of the products within the EU market.
